ABOUT THE HOPI TRIBAL COURT
Guided by Hopi Customs and the Rule of Law
The Hopi Tribal Courts exist to administer justice impartially and maintain law and order within our community. While the Hopi Tribal Council is responsible for making the laws, our function is to interpret them fairly. We continuously strive to better serve the public and invite you to visit our courts. To protect the privacy of our youth, the public is welcome to observe all court hearings except those involving juveniles and children.
